Review Repliers (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by QSP LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our website at reviewrepliers.com and our AI-powered review response service (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

  • Name and email address
  • Password (stored in hashed form only)
  • Business name and contact information
  • Billing information (processed and stored by Stripe; we do not store full payment card numbers)

1.2 Business and Review Data

When you connect your business accounts or submit reviews for response generation, we collect:

  • Google Business Profile data (business name, reviews, ratings, reviewer names) via authorized OAuth access
  • Reviews you manually submit from other platforms (Yelp, Facebook, TripAdvisor, etc.)
  • Your preferred response tone, brand voice settings, and business context
  • AI-generated responses and your edits to those responses

1.3 Usage Data

We automatically collect:

  • Log data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps)
  • Device information (operating system, screen resolution)
  • Feature usage patterns within the Service

1.4 Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication state. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Generate AI-powered review responses based on your review data and business context
  • Post responses to Google Business Profile on your behalf (only when you authorize this action)
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send transactional emails (account confirmations, billing receipts, service updates)
  • Respond to your support requests
  • Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your business data or review content for advertising purposes.

3. AI Processing

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate review responses. When you submit a review for response generation:

  • The review text, star rating, and your business context are sent to our AI processing infrastructure
  • We use third-party AI providers (including OpenAI) to generate responses
  • Your review data may be processed by these providers subject to their respective privacy policies and data processing agreements
  • We do not use your data to train AI models; data is used solely for generating your requested responses

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We use third-party services including Stripe (payments), Google Cloud (Business Profile API), and OpenAI (AI response generation). These providers access only the data necessary to perform their functions and are contractually obligated to protect it.
  • With Your Authorization: When you authorize us to post responses to Google Business Profile or other platforms on your behalf.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
  • Protection of Rights: When we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account information and generated responses for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records).

Review data and generated responses associated with your account are retained to provide you with a response history and analytics. You may request deletion of this data at any time.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encrypted storage for sensitive credentials, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information
  • Portability: Request a machine-readable copy of your data

7.1 California Residents (CCPA)

8. Google API Services

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access Google Business Profile data only with your explicit authorization, use it only for the purposes described in this policy, and do not transfer it to third parties except as described herein.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete that information promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a new “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
